When in Iowa and visiting Pella, a block east of Jaarsma's Bakery you can find Van Veen's Chocolates. Chuck is in always in the store and is happy to offer samples, explain the process while he makes the chocolates (you can watch) and open to discussing good restaurants in the areas in which he lives and travels.
