Talk about a place with character! My brother just had his reception at the old Wareham Theater down on Poyntz. It's a beautiful building with tons of room. They fed close to 200 people with plenty of room to spare. You have to provide your own catering, but they do allow alcohol. They held the dance on the large stage and the dinner in the area where the seats would be. There were also tables set up in the balcony. Not to mention that they put the bride and groom's names on the marquee and turned all the neon lights on when it got dark! Very cool place. I'm hoping to be posting pictures soon.
