Both dogs usually go with me wherever I go so they are not left for anyone else to be responsible for. Last but not least, I have a 3 year old, shorthair cat - he totally thinks he is a dog. He does not scratch, uses a litter box or goes outside (usually), is social but not a pest, gets along with every animal he has ever met - his name is Corndog (I found him in a cornfield and he thinks he is a dog). He is quite the cat :) All 3 are spayed/neutered, both dogs are Canine Good Citizens and I have references going back many, many years. I am a very responsible pet owner and I swear you won't even notice they are there! Need a fenced yard, but it doesn't have to be big as they don't spend a lot of time there.
